Beltaine is a celebration of life, love, sensuality, and sacred sexuality.
The God at Beltaine
The Sun has now reached the peak of the earth sign, Taurus, and represents the full earthly embodiment of the Horned God. The vitality and virility he gained through Aries is ready to take on physical manifestation as the blade joins the chalice in the sacred union of love and life. He is here to worship Her.
The Goddess at Beltaine
The Goddess has also grown to full sexual maturity in Scorpio and she welcomes the union with the God on all levels. With her understanding of the power of sexual energy, the Goddess initiates the God into the mysteries of intimacy, orgasm, and the ego-death that leads to ultimate transcendence. Their union benefits the community as a whole, bringing fertility and abundance, and the ego-death signals the transition towards a more social focus.
GIRDLE OF THE GODDESS
In the language of Theodomy, the 12 signs of the zodiac are further divided into 36 primordial energies of the divine feminine, called the Girdle of the Goddess.

BELTAINE 2021 & THE MOTHER
Ceres – the Mother – returns to her home in Taurus on May 8, 2021… just in time for Mother’s Day. Given Ceres takes about four years to circle the zodiac, this is a special energetic treat. Beltaine 2021 is supercharged with the energies of the Earth Mother, encouraging us to really connect to the earth and nature, feel the love and support of the Mother, and enjoy the simple pleasures of our earthly existence.
